Safetrack HW’s Speed Impresses On The Coast
Stirling Lloyd’s anti-skid surfacing has recently been used on the car park at Hive Beach, on the south coast of England, which is owned by the National Trust.
Hansford Construction Ltd, a groundwork specialist, applied Safetrack HW to the car park, which is subjected to the particularly aggressive environment of the UK coastline.
As the durable anti-skid surfacing achieves high adhesion levels to a range of substrates it was ideal for use on both the concrete and asphalt sections of the car park.
The outcome: the speed of application and the rapid cure of the advanced methyl methacrylate resin, well under an hour in this instance, impressed the client and Safetrack HW is set to be used at other National Trust sites along the south coast.
