Introducing a highly durable road patch repair system & levelling screed

Two systems, one a high strength MMA based road patching material designed to meet the UK Highways Agency (HA) requirement for an emergency patch system for asphalt and concrete surfaces, the other a MMA levelling screed designed for the infilling of surface texture. Both systems are simple to use, self compacting and offer long term performance. Safetrack EPM and Metaset Scratchcoat requires minimal surface preparation, is cold applied and cures fast.


Safetrack EPM is a high strength, fast curing patch repair system developed for the rapid reinstatement of the carriageway. Designed for the Highways Agency, Safetrack EPM complies with
and is listed in Interim Advice Note HA/IAN 90/07.

Metaset Scratchcoat is a durable levelling screed designed for the infilling of surface texture. Fully compatible with the Stirling Lloyd range of Highway maintenance products, Metaset Scratchcoat reduces the consumption of resin treatments on SMA and porous asphalt as well as concrete.
